|dc.description.abstract||In response to dynamics of the security environment rapidly changing in the knowledge based society, this study attempted to answer the question of how to nurture well-rounded intellectual resources in military defence creative military experts with military knowledge and leadership, Multi-Skilled Combat leaders & Soldiers who could follow the instructions of military training system which guarantees a victory in 'Network Centric Warfare'. For this purpose, we’ve set up training performance as a influence factor, the military trainee’s satisfaction with their teachers and training method as a precedence factor, and the teaching competences and Basic competences of professor as a moderating variables. Based on analysis, It has been confirmed that the military trainee’s satisfaction had positive effects on educational performance. Besides, in terms of moderating effects of teaching competence between them, the teaching competence and basic competence in relation with training contents and methods had significant negative effect. The above results suggest the possible ways of educating army cadet with higher standards by identifying military teaching competence and exploring methods to improve educational training satisfaction level among various factors affecting educational performance.||-|
