Abstract
We experienced conversion of supraventricular arrhythmia to normal sinus rhythm in three patients during general anesthesia using propofol and remifentanil. This may be related to direct inhibition of the cardiac conduction system or activation of the parasympathetic system. The literature review suggests that propofol and remifentanil have antiarrhythmic potential, reverting supraventricular arrhythmia during anesthesia. ? the Korean Society of Anesthesiologists, 2014.
