Relief money is the condolence money which gives for condolers and comes to pay their respects at the deceased’s funeral. Now and then the bereaved quarrel about sharing of relief money taken with their parents’s death. Devolving and sharing of relief money is different from the custom of the nation, region or province, clan or family which the deceased belong to. Relief money is contributed for funeral expenses, and then donated consideration for bereaved family’s economic pain.
The Characteristics of Relief money is free real donation which mourners give the bereaved. Devolving of relief money depends on consent of the deceased family, first of all. If not agreed, considered to willing of condolers.
If mourners associated with the deceased come to, relief money devolve the deceased, and then turn to inheritance. If mourners associated with the deceased family come to, relief money devolve the family of the deceased. If mourners associated with one of the deceased family come to, relief money devolve one of the deceased family.
First of all, relief money appropriate funeral expense, and then the money left should be share. Relief money should share on agreement of the deceased family. If not, it is reasonable that the money should be a share to each.
