- In this research it is confirmed that management practice by ‘heqing’-‘heli’- ‘hefa(合情ㆍ合理ㆍ合法)’ which based on Qing-Li-Fa(情ㆍ理ㆍ法)approach has positive correlation with organizational performance. And mediation effect of individual value of Qing-Li-Fa to management practice of ‘heqing’-‘heli’-‘hefa’ also has been confirmed partially. It means that the purpose of this research has been partially accomplished.
Although there do exist some constraints of explanation, it is quite sure that management practice by ‘heqing-heli-hefa’ which based on Qing-Li-Fa paradigm of Chinese specific character of social interaction in China together with management by formalization could be an effective way of management administration for Chinese firms including FIEs, which could possibly developed into one of global standard of management practice which originated from Asian culture of social interaction especially from China.
