To develop the questionnaire,we utilized feedback from a panel of experts, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. As a result,h te following main findings were obtained. First ,four factors were extracted and confirmed from this scale: cost negotiation strategies, time management strategies, request for help strategies, conditions coping strategies. Second, amotivation had positive effect on cost of coping strategies and time management strategies.
