This study researched 6 factors of physical environment, job instability, relationship conflict, organizational culture, job demand for 154 KSL(Korean as a Second Language) teachers and their job stress. As a result of this study, first, there was a high correlation between each factor of the job stress of KSL teachers and the total scores. Second, as for individual internal variables, significant differences existed in relationship conflict and total scores. Third, variables of teaching profession showed significant differences in job demand and job instability. Fourth, environmental variables had significant differences in job instability.
